Photographing the food is taking longer than anticipated and our main chef has temporarily had to go back to Egypt. However to keep things trickling along here is some more kofte: this time grilled and some mashi (meaning stuffed) - in this instance vine leaves and peppers although we'll try and get some stuffed baby aubergines on as well. The stuffed peppers though - wow! Probably my personal favourite.
